Katrina Lehismae

Katrina is a Director / Producer and DOP with a proven track record of creating compelling, award-winning documentaries and films including filming BBC3 ‘High: Surviving a Dubai Drugs Bust' which won the UK Broadcast Award in 2024.

She directed and filmed BAFTA-winning series ‘Ambulance' (BBC1, 2023) with her coverage of the NHS strikes opening the series and recently filmed 'Married at First Sight UK' which won the UK Broadcast Award in 2025. 

Katrina's self-produced and directed film, ‘The Passing’ (2024), a deeply personal exploration of family, loss and grief screened at Academy, BAFTA, and European Film Award qualifying festivals winning an Audience Award at the Black Nights Film Festival.

She has also directed and filmed commercial campaigns for clients including De'Longhi, Gilead SciencesMacquarie Group and Homes and Gardens

Currently, Katrina is producing and directing 'War Child' (w/t), a poignant documentary following the lives of three Ukrainian girls forced to flee their homeland and rebuild their lives in Estonia with cinema and TV release for early next year. 

Jake Finbow

Jake Finbow has worked professionally as an editor for the past 12 years, specialising in premium documentaries such as ‘The Fall of the House of Maxwell‘(BBC) and Inside Our ADHD Minds with Chris Packham (BBC). 

He also edited the award-winning high-end Netflix sports docs ’Break Point' and 'Drive to Survive’ and ‘Mother Teresa: For the Love of God' (Sky Docs).
